Sourdough Grilled Cheese

I have made these over open flame while camping
Ingredients

Slices
Sourdough bread
I use Aldi small batch square loaf

Swiss Cheese
2
Slices
Colby Jack Cheese

Butter
Instructions
Melt butter in a non stick pan
Dip one side of each piece of bread into butter
Lay buttered side of the bread on the pan. Straight side to straight side, let it cook for a minute
Add 2 each cheese to both pieces of bread
When cheese begins to melt, check for bread toasty, then flip one slice over to the other, cheese side together.
Transfer to plate and enjoy, I like to cut mine into strips for better dipping into soup.
