Cheesy Fiesta Chicken & Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
  • 1 Pound Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Bag Knorr Chicken Rice
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Spread out 2 spoons full of soup in the bottom of 4 to 6 quart Crock Pot. Place chicken on top.
  • Spread the rest of the soup on top of the chicken
  • Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
  • Shred chicken in the crock pot mix it up with the soup. Add one cup of cheddar and mix it in.
  • Cook Knorr Rice according to directions on the bag. Mix into the chicken mixture, spread remaining cheese on top, place lid back on. Let cheese melt. Serve Warm!
