I like American, but Swiss and Colby Jack are good too

Kinder Buttery Blend Seasoning
Instructions
Melt butter in pan, shake out some seasoning
Add burgers to butter and seasoning, shake more seasoning on top
Place a lid over and let them cook on medium heat about 4 minutes, flip and repeat
Insert a meat thermometer, if temperature is 155 turn off heat
Place cheese on burgers and return the lid, heat will melt the cheese
Toast or not toast your buns and enjoy, I have mine with mayo and tomato
