Instructions
Chop Onion, and mushroom (can use canned to save time)
In a large pan melt butter, add onion and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms start to soften and shrink. remove from pan
Add Hamburger and cook 2 minutes. Add mushroom and onion back. Cook till no longer pink.
Add beef broth, Worcestershire, better than bullion and cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese is melted. Simmer off excess liquid.
Stir in nutmeg and sour cream. Serve with egg noodles, or for low carb serve with cooked cabbage or cooked cauliflower.
