Instructions
Cook rice in equal parts water to rice. 1cup to 1 cup. Set aside
Preheat large skillet, or Wok to medium heat, pour sesame oil in. Add onion and peas and Carrots, fry till tender.
Slide onion, peas and carrots to the side, pour beaten eggs into the other side. Using a spatula scramble the eggs. Once cooked, mix with vegetables.
Add rice, pour soy over top. Stir and fry mixture until heated thru. Add green onion. Enjoy!
