Spread out 2 spoons full of soup in the bottom of 4 to 6 quart Crock Pot. Place chicken on top.
Spread the rest of the soup on top of the chicken
Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
Shred chicken in the crock pot mix it up with the soup. Add one cup of cheddar and mix it in.
Cook Knorr Rice according to directions on the bag. Mix into the chicken mixture, spread remaining cheese on top, place lid back on. Let cheese melt. Serve Warm!
