4cups2 15oz cans chicken brothenough to cover potato
2tbspcorn starch
1/2cupshalf & half
salt & pepper
Instructions
In a large pot, combine potatoes, ham, celery, onions, and chicken broth. Bring to a low boil and cook over medium heat until potatoes are fork-tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
smash a few bigger potatoes, so everything isn't so big
In a cup mix half & half and cornstarch together
Pour mixture into the soup and stir. let thicken. Add pepper, and salt to taste.
Notes
If mixture is too thick milk or water can be added to thin out 1/4 cup at a time.
