Turkey Brat, Egg & Spinach Scramble
I knew I loved all these ingredients by themselves, together they make a decent low carb healthy breakfast. Cheap too! $4.64 for all, $.77 each for 6 breakfasts.
Start with dicing 1 turkey brat
Whip the 2 eggs in a bowl
Add handful spinach to the pan first (if using the frozen kind).
Throw the rest in there and scramble till egg is done and the brat is warm.
