Taco Tuesday
Tacos weren’t always on Tuesday in this house, but with my schedule change at work Tacos became a go to easy meal.
#1 Start with 1 pound of ground beef, we use 73% lean, but sometimes 80% lean. Whatever is on sale that week.
#2 Chop up hamburger, add 1 cup water to help break up the hamburger fat. It will look mushy like Taco bell meat, continue cooking until no longer pink.
#3 Drain the water/fat, put meat back into pan with 1/2 cup water and 1 taco seasoning pack.
Time to build your taco! We like a mixture of things on ours, but whatever you like. Make it your taco!

- black olives
- sour cream
- tomatoes
- lettuce
- avocado
- cheddar cheese
One of the coolest things I have bought lately s the taco plate! They were $4.99 for 4. You can use soft or crunchy shells and they have 2 side dish separators for salsa or beans & rice
