Shrimp Scampi (Copy-Cat)

This shrimp scampi is the best one yet, buttery shrimp goodness!

I start out by thawing and peeling the shrimp, then measuring out all the other ingredients.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1 12 ounce bag medium size shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic; or 2 tablespoons already minced
  • 3 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 4 ounces angel hair pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Cook pasta according to package, drain & set aside
  2. In a deep pan add olive oil, butter, and garlic, saute 1 minute
  3. Add in shrimp, salt & pepper, Italian seasoning, saute 1 minute(shrimp will be pink)
  4. Add chicken stock, continue to cook 1 minute, maybe 2. Just to heat thru.
  5. Add Pasta, reduce heat, and add lemon juice.
  6. Serve with grated parmesan
