Shrimp Scampi (Copy-Cat)
This shrimp scampi is the best one yet, buttery shrimp goodness!
I start out by thawing and peeling the shrimp, then measuring out all the other ingredients.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 12 ounce bag medium size shrimp
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic; or 2 tablespoons already minced
- 3 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 4 ounces angel hair pasta
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
WHAT TO DO:
- Cook pasta according to package, drain & set aside
- In a deep pan add olive oil, butter, and garlic, saute 1 minute
- Add in shrimp, salt & pepper, Italian seasoning, saute 1 minute(shrimp will be pink)
- Add chicken stock, continue to cook 1 minute, maybe 2. Just to heat thru.
- Add Pasta, reduce heat, and add lemon juice.
- Serve with grated parmesan
