Meal Planning Made Easy

Are you planning for a week? Two weeks? Monthly? The first step will be looking and taking notes on what you already have in the fridge, freezer and pantry/cabinets. The second step will be to make notes of all the meals your family eat. Then take a peek at the sale ads to see if anything left on your list is on sale.

I shop a lot of sales like Kroger save $5 when you buy 5, so there are a lot of things I’m stocked up on. I like to look ahead and buy things that won’t spoil for say 6 months. I keep a well-stocked freezer, as well as non-perishable goods. We try to spend $50 or less per week when there’s a great sale I will spend extra to get stocked.
