Keto Cream Cheese Pancakes

I tried a new recipe today. Keto low carb cream cheese pancakes.

They turned out really good! They are thin. I added a squirt of Splenda zero sweetener, but you could eat them without. I also put strawberry jam instead of syrup.

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • Add all ingredients into a bowl
  • Mix well
  • use a 1/4 measure cup, makes 8 pancakes

Cook Time 10 minutes
Servings 8 Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 4 ounce Cream Cheese 1/2 block
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Butter or Oil For cooking

Instructions
 

  • Whisk or blend all ingredients for 2 minutes
  • Heat Oil or Butter in pan
  • Use 1/4 measure cup to pour batter into pan. When bubbles form, it's time to flip
  • Top with fresh fruit, jam, or just eat plain.
