Keto Cream Cheese Pancakes
I tried a new recipe today. Keto low carb cream cheese pancakes.
They turned out really good! They are thin. I added a squirt of Splenda zero sweetener, but you could eat them without. I also put strawberry jam instead of syrup.
Jump to Recipe- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- Add all ingredients into a bowl
- Mix well
- use a 1/4 measure cup, makes 8 pancakes

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 4 large Eggs
- 4 ounce Cream Cheese 1/2 block
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Butter or Oil For cooking
Instructions
- Whisk or blend all ingredients for 2 minutes
- Heat Oil or Butter in pan
- Use 1/4 measure cup to pour batter into pan. When bubbles form, it's time to flip
- Top with fresh fruit, jam, or just eat plain.
