GRILLED CHEESE CHEESE-BURGER
The grilled cheese and cheese burgers are an American classic. My family loves this new take on it. Cheesy beefy goodness.
Sometimes we have this on regular bread, but this time I had some leftover buns to use up. This turned out so good!
First start with cooking the burgers, I seasoned these with just salt & pepper.
Melt 1 tsp butter and flip the bun so the cut side is the buttered side. The outside part will be inside. Do the same for both top and bottom. All your doing now is absorbing the butter onto the bread.
Put one piece of cheese on one bun, then burger on top and then top with another cheese. Add the other half of bun. Continue toasting till desired darkness.
I usually serve with french fries. But could be really good with other vegetables.
