Date Night Ideas (Cheap to Free)
Date Night doesn’t have to cost an arm and a leg. My husband and I have been together since the summer of 2003 before cell phones and the internet was a regular thing. We enjoy a variety of cheap or close to free things.
- Driving around the back roads
- Sitting around a campfire, make smores
- Camping, looking at the stars
- Find a video game you both like and play together
- Play some good old fashioned board games
- Put a 1,000 piece puzzle together
- Putting model cars together, and painting them
- Renting a movie from Redbox(used to go to Blockbuster)
- Go to a cheap place to eat(our choice was Steak N Shake)
- Sit at a creek, catch crawl dads, wade in the water
To this day, 16 years later we still do date night like this! There is just something so peaceful about being by ourselves.
