Banana Pudding Poke Cake
I made this cake and it was so delicious! I love banana pudding, but hate haw fast the bananas go bad.
With this recipe the cake will last about 2 weeks in a sealed container.
I used these from dollar tree to serving size the cake up to last.
Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 packages instant banana creme pudding
- 1 8 ounce container whip topping
- 1/2 box vanilla wafers (crused)
- Plus all ingredients for cake & pudding (on their boxes)
- Mix and bake cake as directed on the box. Let it cool! This could take 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Use the handle of a mixing spoon to poke holes in the cake.
- Mix up pudding and pour over the cake, making sure to get pudding in the holes.
- Cover and set in the fridge until pudding sets 1 to 2 hours.
- Defrost whip topping a little and spread it over the pudding. Top with crushed vanilla wafer.
