Banana Pudding Poke Cake

I made this cake and it was so delicious! I love banana pudding, but hate haw fast the bananas go bad.

With this recipe the cake will last about 2 weeks in a sealed container.

I used these from dollar tree to serving size the cake up to last.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 packages instant banana creme pudding
  • 1 8 ounce container whip topping
  • 1/2 box vanilla wafers (crused)
  • Plus all ingredients for cake & pudding (on their boxes)
  1. Mix and bake cake as directed on the box. Let it cool! This could take 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Use the handle of a mixing spoon to poke holes in the cake.
  3. Mix up pudding and pour over the cake, making sure to get pudding in the holes.
  4. Cover and set in the fridge until pudding sets 1 to 2 hours.
  5. Defrost whip topping a little and spread it over the pudding. Top with crushed vanilla wafer.
