Alfredo Ravioli

To make alfredo ravioli you first need to buy an 8 ounce block of parmesan, 16 ounces heavy cream, a stick of butter, and 25 ounces 4 cheese ravioli

Start by pouring the heavy cream in a 2quart pot along with the stick of butter, bring to a simmer and add 1-1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan and whisk until melted. turn off heat. Add in garlic powder

Second, bring 8 cups water to a boil, add in ravioli and boil for 2 min. drain and add ravioli to alfredo sauce.

This is an easy meal and only takes 15 minutes. I served it with broccoli and garlic bread.

  • Cook pasta choice according to directions on bag/box
  • Add ravioli, tortellini, or pasta to Alfredo sauce, stir to coat, enjoy
